Danielle and Jeff got married at the Terry Trueblood Recreation Lodge under an arbor that her father built for them. When I met them last year
for their engagement photos I knew their wedding would be fun! There was so much laughter at their engagement session and I could tell how much they love each other just by the way they interact. The day of the wedding was a gorgeous fall day, a little windy but beautiful! Danielle had a first look with her dad right before the first look with Jeff and both were full of emotion. One reason I love first looks so much is that it's a quiet few moments out of the day when our couples' can be with each other and just enjoy the moment before the blur of the wedding day comes back. There's always so much to do and people to talk to that even taking just five minutes to yourselves can be a huge relief. Plus there are a lot of emotions and we love capturing intimate moments like that.
Danielle and Jeff's ceremony was followed by a fun grand entrance that led into the Y.M.C.A once the whole wedding party was at the head table. Danielle's dad gave a speech which included giving her a copy of the Wild Thornberry's movie and a pink 1st Place ribbon, jokes from when she was a little girl. After speeches we were met with the most gorgeous lighting for their sunset photos and even got a few silhouettes at the end of the night!
Congratulations Mr. + Mrs. Lavrenz
